Reno, Sparks & the North Valleys

Your home, cleaned right — by the same person, every time.

I'm Geane. Five years cleaning homes in Reno and Sparks, and every client I have came from a neighbor's referral. Get your price in 30 seconds — no phone call needed.

Text is fastest — I answer between houses.

Five quick questions. You get a real range before anyone calls you.

Step 1 of 5

Where's the home?

I only take homes I can reach without an hour of driving each way — that's how I keep prices fair and show up on time.

Why people stay

A cleaning company sends whoever's free. I send me.

With most services, it's a different stranger in your house every other week — and a different idea of what "clean" means. I'm not a crew. I clean three homes a day, myself, so the person who learns how you like your home is the person at your door next time.

A big cleaning service

  • A different cleaner most visits
  • You re-explain your home every time
  • An office answers, not the person cleaning
  • Priced over the phone, sight unseen
  • Contracts and cancellation fees

Working with me

  • The same person every visit — me
  • I learn your home once and remember it
  • You reach me directly, not a call center
  • I see the home before I give a final price
  • No contract. Stop whenever you want.

Services

What I clean

Homes and offices across Reno and Sparks. If you're not sure which one you need, ask me — I'd rather point you to the cheaper option that actually fits.

Recurring house cleaning

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The same routine every visit, adjusted to how your home actually lives.

$130–$250 per visit

Deep cleaning

Inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, door frames, window sills, blinds, cabinet fronts. The things a regular clean skips.

$300–$450

Move-in / move-out

Empty home, cleaned so it passes a landlord walkthrough or welcomes you on day one. Inside every cabinet and closet.

$320–$480

Post-construction

After a remodel or a new build. Construction dust settles three times before it's really gone — I plan for that.

Quoted after I see it

Airbnb turnover

Same-day resets between guests, with an eye for what a review notices: hair, glass, and the smell of the room.

From $110 per turnover

Office & commercial

Small offices and suites, cleaned after hours so nobody's working around me. Set schedule, invoiced monthly.

Quoted per job

Every visit

What's always included

  • Counters, sinks and stovetop
  • Microwave inside and out
  • Toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors
  • Dusting, top to bottom
  • Vacuum and mop every floor
  • Beds made, trash out

What I don't do

I'd rather you know now than be disappointed on the day.

  • Organizing or decluttering. I clean around your things beautifully — I don't reorganize closets or garages.
  • Anything off a tall ladder. Second-story windows and high fixtures need a specialist, not me on a step stool.
  • Laundry, dishes on request, cooking or pet waste. I'm a house cleaner, not a housekeeper.

Real homes

The parts nobody else cleans

Anyone can wipe a counter. This is where you find out who actually cleaned your home — and these are the spots I go looking for.

After The same toilet bowl with the rim staining removed after cleaning
Hard water stainingReno water leaves its mark around the rim. It comes off — it just takes the right product and patience.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

  1. Tell me about your home

Thirty seconds online — ZIP, size, and what you need. You get an honest price range right away.

  2. Free walkthrough

I come see it. About fifteen minutes, no charge, no pressure. Then you get the real number, and it doesn't change on the day.

  3. Your first clean

Before I leave, you walk through with me. Anything you're not happy with, I fix it right then — not next visit.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, I bring everything. If you'd rather I use your products — a brand you like, or something safe for a pet or an allergy — leave them out and tell me, and I'll use yours instead.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most of my clients are at work and give me a door code or a key. If you are home, even better — I'd rather you walk through with me before I leave, so anything you want redone gets done right then instead of next time.

I have pets. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Just tell me when you request the quote. Pet hair genuinely adds time, and a surprise on the day is exactly what makes a cleaner rush through a home. Tell me upfront and I block for it properly.

Can you just give me a price over the phone?

I'll give you an honest range online in thirty seconds. What I won't do is commit to a final price on a home I've never seen — that's how people get quoted low and then told a different number on the day, with their whole house pulled apart.

The walkthrough takes about fifteen minutes, it's free, and after it the price is the price.

How do I pay?

Cash or check, and Zelle if that's easier. Payment is due when the job is finished.

How far ahead do I need to book?

I clean three homes a day, by myself, which means I take a limited number of new clients each month. Deep cleans and move-outs usually need about a week's notice. Recurring spots open up when they open up.

What if something isn't right?

Tell me before I leave and I'll redo it on the spot. If you spot it later that day, message me — I'd much rather come back than have you tell a neighbor I did a poor job. My whole business is people passing my name along.
